Letter #2: December 2022

We have started working with a realtor in Michigan and asked if he could help us find someone in North Carolina. He looked through his database and was disappointed to tell us that there was no one in that area in his company. He began looking at other realtors he could interview for us. Something told him to check his database one more time. Upon doing so, not only did he find someone in our area, but he is also a christian!

Sunday, November 20th, we announced to the church that we will be pursuing this calling. We would be leaving that week to go and visit potential land in North Carolina and wanted their prayers as we did this. The following Sunday, Mario had a chance to preach and share all that God has done. While we were in North Carolina, we were able to film our presentation video, meet our realtor and visit the land. Emily's sister graciously offered to record our video since she does this for work and had all the equipment necessary. Before we began filming, she realized that she did not have the charger cord (and no stores in the area carried them) which meant we had 37 percent battery to film our whole presentation video! No worries, however, we were able to get it complete! Praise the Lord!

The land we are interested in has been temporarily taken off the market for hunting season. Hunters were starting to get upset they couldn't hunt during the showings. That didn't stop us from driving by the land and checking out the neighborhood. We plan to make another trip out there in April and Lord willing the land will be available and ready to view.

In the meantime, we have been able to get our prayer cards printed, our information packet completed, our website is 90% done and we purchased our table and the supplies needed for presenting church to church. At Silvery Lane, we will be taking our teens to winter camp in just a couple weeks. We are so excited to go again! This will be our third year teaming up with 2 other churches and putting together a fun, jam packed 3-day winter camp.

Thank you for all of your love, prayers and support! We are honored you would take the time to lift our names up to our Heavenly Father.

With love,

Mario, Emily & Evelyn Chadinha
